In the second half of 2010, Aleesha has become a leading female bodybuilder. Aleesha was part of the largest family in which there were athletes. Her father competed in bodybuilding and her brothers played sports like hockey and ice. Aleesha played soccer, softball, and basketball before she got into bodybuilding at the age of 15. Her professional card was issued after she won NPC USA Championships. The first time she competed was 2008, however she began competing in 2008. In 2014, the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro took place with a 9th-place finish. The finish she achieved was 9th for the year 2015. Aleesha was 6th place in both 2015 and 2016 during the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha was steadily improving since then, won her very first professional contest in the Chicago Pro Championships 2019 after having won her first Chicago Pro Championships. Bodybuilder Aleesha was the top show at WOS's Rising Phoenix competition, and placed 4th in 2020. However, "Worlds strongest mom" had a brief time off from bodybuilding due to health issues.
